We generally state up to 12 hours of temperature retention, although actual performance can vary depending on starting temperature, surrounding conditions and how frequently the bottle is opened.

Regular cleaning helps maintain your bottle and drinking system for longer.
THE BOTTLE
Hand wash only.
We recommend cleaning your bottle with lukewarm water and appropriate dishwashing soap.
We strongly recommend not putting your Pristine Flow 2.0 in the dishwasher, as the high temperatures and aggressive cleaning cycles may affect the bottle's finish and components over time.
Rinse thoroughly and allow the bottle to dry completely before storing or refilling.
THE LID
Clean the lid and housing regularly using lukewarm water and appropriate dishwashing soap.
Pay particular attention to the drinking area, seals and other areas that come into contact with water.
Ensure all soap residue has been thoroughly rinsed away before use.
THE STRAW
Don't forget what's inside.
The inside of the straw should also be cleaned regularly, particularly with frequent everyday use.
1. Remove the filter completely from the lid.
This gives you access to the internal straw system.
2. Use your Pristine Flow 2.0 Stainless Steel Straw Cleaner.
Our purpose-designed straw cleaner allows you to clean the inside of the straw where a normal sponge or cloth cannot reach.
3. Rinse thoroughly.
Make sure all soap residue has been removed.
4. Flush the straw system.
Once the filter has been reinstalled, take approximately five large sucks through the straw and spit the water out to help flush any remaining water or soap residue from the system.
5. Allow everything to dry thoroughly before storing.
