What is the return policy?
Your statutory rights allow you as the consumer 14 days (starting on the day after you receive the physical product) to cancel your order in the UK. However, we want to give you the peace of mind that we are offering a voluntary 30-day returns policy, not just 14 days. For more detailed information about our returns and refunds please see the policy at the bottom of our page.
How do I clean my bottle?
Our premium insulated stainless steel bottles should remain clean for a very long time, but incase you want to give it a clean we highly recommend not putting any components into a dishwasher as the heat and salt can easily ruin your beautiful bottles. We recommend just doing a nice hand wash in the sink, little bit of soap and some luke-warm water. Make sure you give the nozzle a scrub along the way too. PS (You can wash the outside of the filter housing too, just do your best not to get ANY soap inside the actual filter system itself, ideally you should be replacing the filter cartridge long before it even needs a clean.)
When will I get my order?
For our customers, when you check out with your product you will see a various amount of delivery options to choose from all with our trusted Royal Mail delivery service. We want to be as accurate as possible so we will always do our best to get your product to you within the days you have selected for delivery ONCE we have processed the order and gotten it ready for delivery which is often within 24 hours of you placing the order. Depending on when you place your order that can take up to 48 hours absolute maximum. Either way we do the heavy lifting to ensure your bottle's and filters get to you soon as.
How do the filters work?
When you purchase a bottle from us, you get a brand new powerhouse 4-stage filter that comes inside the bottle already. You essentially will have nothing to worry about for the first 3/ so months after getting your bottle as everything you need comes together. THIS is where we highly recommend you start looking to replace your filter, every 3 months or 1500 litres is our recommended changing interval. We say this because we want your drinking experience to stay as fresh as possible for as long as possible. If you are like many of our team members here we actually change ours every 2 months just because then we have that comfort of knowing the water we drink is good all year round.
Moral of the story, you can change your filter when you want. We recommend no longer than 3 months to maintain premium filtration, and anywhere under that we also advise. We have also setup a subscription service for the filters that saves you money AND the hassle of trying to remember when to order one. Instead we just send them to you automatically every 3 months.
