  • Automatic delivery of replacement filters

  • Providing valid, up-to-date payment details

6.1 Managing Your Subscription

Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only.
Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

6.2 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may:

  • Retry the charge,

  • Contact you for updated billing details, or

  • Suspend or cancel the subscription until payment is resolved.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • Europe

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues

  • Customs processing (for EU shipments)

  • Events beyond reasonable control

You must provide accurate delivery information.
If an order is returned due to incomplete/incorrect address details, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
