Four stages. One purpose.
Cleaner hydration, wherever life takes you.
At the heart of every Pristine Flow 2.0 is our four-stage filtration system.
Each stage has a specific role, working progressively to refine the water as it passes through the filter.
Four stages. One simple purpose — cleaner hydration.
WHAT'S INSIDE?
01 — PP Cotton
The first stage helps capture larger particles and suspended impurities within the water.
Your first layer of filtration.
02 — Activated Carbon
Activated carbon helps reduce unwanted tastes and odours, helping your water taste cleaner and more enjoyable.
Cleaner taste. Fresher hydration.
03 — Antibacterial Element
The third stage incorporates an antibacterial element, designed to help inhibit bacterial growth within the filtration system.
Another layer of protection within the system.
04 — Ultrafiltration Membrane
The final stage uses a 0.01-micron ultrafiltration membrane, designed to filter microorganisms and other microscopic impurities as water passes through.

SGS TESTING
Evidence matters.
We don't believe in making claims without being transparent about where they come from.
The filter elements used in Pristine Flow are the same filter elements represented in historical SGS laboratory testing certificates conducted by our suppliers.
The SGS testing assessed the filtered water against a range of microbiological, chemical and physical parameters, including E. coli, coliform, arsenic, cadmium, chromium, copper, lead, mercury, aluminium, iron, manganese, colour and turbidity.
The reported results included less than 1 cfu/100mL for E. coli and coliform, with several tested heavy metals reported as not detected.
The test was done on 1.3 litres of standard tap water, all of which had been filtered through the filter and then examined under laboratory conditions.
We believe transparency matters.
HOW LONG DOES A FILTER LAST?
Up to 1,500 litres.
Our filter has a stated capacity of up to 1,500 litres.
We recommend replacing your filter approximately every 3 months for general use.
However, filter life isn't determined by the calendar alone.
How quickly your filter reaches the end of its useful life depends on how frequently you use it and the quality of the water you filter.
YOUR WATER MATTERS.
If you're regularly filtering water with higher levels of:
Sediment
Minerals
Limescale
Visible particles
your filter may become exhausted sooner.
This is particularly important when using Pristine Flow with poorer-quality or heavily mineralised water.
Heavier use can mean a shorter filter life.
KNOW WHEN TO CHANGE IT.
Your filter can give you signs when it is becoming tired.
Pay attention to changes in:
Taste
If your water no longer tastes as clean or pleasant as it did when the filter was fresh, consider replacing it.
Appearance
If your filtered water becomes noticeably turbid or contains visible impurities, consider replacing the filter.
Usage
If you're using your bottle heavily every day, or regularly filtering dirtier or more sediment-heavy water, you may need to replace your filter before the 3-month recommendation.
OUR SIMPLE GUIDELINE
General use
Replace approximately every 3 months.
Heavy daily use
Monitor your filter and consider replacing it sooner.
Dirtier or sediment-heavy water
Expect that your filter may need replacing sooner than 3 months.
Light or occasional use
Follow our general 3-month replacement guideline.
1,500 litres is the stated capacity. Three months is our general recommendation. Neither should be treated as a guarantee that every filter will last the same amount of time.
LOOKING AFTER YOUR FILTER
Your filter is the most important component of the filtration system, so it should be treated differently from the bottle itself.
Do not put the filter through a dishwasher.
Do not clean the filtration media with household detergents or chemicals.
If your bottle is not going to be used for a period of time, follow the recommended cleaning and storage instructions to help keep the filter in suitable condition.
